Terms of Use and Content Policy

1. Overview
Techlight is an invitation-only digital hub curated by Camplight EOOD and Cooperative Camplight Coop (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Camplight Group of Related Legal Entities” or briefly “Camplight Group” and “We”), both companies registered in Bulgaria. It is designed to connect IT experts, promote meaningful collaboration, and foster innovation within a secure and respectful environment.
Access to Techlight is granted only via invitation sent to a verified email address. Invitations are extended solely at Camplight's discretion to individuals who have had prior interaction with the Camplight Group and have been identified as a good fit for the Techlight community. Camplight Group reserves its right to terminate access to Techlight unilaterally and without justification or notice for individuals who are no longer considered a good fit and / or do not comply with the current Terms of Use.
The Techlight community is hosted on Circle.so (or other similar platform), a third-party platform operated independently of Camplight. Camplight operates its own community space within Circle.so and manages invitations, membership, content moderation, and rule enforcement. By joining Techlight, members also agree to:

2. Purpose
Techlight serves as a space for:
Networking among IT professionals;
Knowledge sharing and discussions;
Collaboration on technology-related projects;
Access to curated resources and opportunities
The platform is not intended for public distribution of content or commercial exploitation without express authorization. Camplight Group is not responsible if any of the content published by you is leaked outside of Techlight. Each member of the platform is responsible for their actions within and outside of the platform.
3. Community Scope
Membership in the Techlight community is limited to invited individuals. Members are expected to contribute constructively and respectfully in line with the goals of the community.
Any access, use, or interaction with Techlight outside the scope of the intended purpose (e.g. spamming, unauthorized data collection, sharing published content outside of the platform without prior authorization etc.) is strictly prohibited.
4. Content Ownership and Copyright (DMCA)
4.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to Techlight. Camplight does not claim ownership or license to use your content beyond what is required to operate the platform.
4.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to share or publish any content, including but not limited to code, text, files, or multimedia. By using Techlight, you affirm that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4.3 DMCA and Copyright Complaints
Techlight respects the rights of content creators. If we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice or identify an obvious violation of copyright law, we may remove the relevant content and suspend or terminate user access. Camplight will cooperate with rights holders in addressing such issues.

5. Privacy and GDPR
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data handling is governed by the Camplight Privacy Policy, available at: https://camplight.net/privacy-policy/
6. Prohibited Conduct and Content
Users may not upload, post, or share content that:
Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws;
Contains hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or defamation;
Promotes illegal activities or violence;
Includes malicious code, spam, or phishing links;
Uses the platform for commercial promotion or advertising without permission;
Misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
Any violation may result in immediate removal of content and/or termination of access without notice.
7. Changes to This Policy
As Techlight evolves, these Terms of Use and Content Policy may be updated. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
